"Rock It!"

Trent loves music. He loves it more than any of my other kids. He will dance to songs on TV, radio, in the store--you name it and he is bopping to the beat.

When we are in the car, he always sings the songs on the radio and even picks up on the words before the song is over. He especially loves upbeat songs. He has gotten so good, that he will recognize the song within the first few notes and start singing along. Among his favorites are:


He also loves "Hey Soul Sister" and "Fireflies."

When Trent wants me (or Matt) to sing along too, he'll bop his head from side to side and say: "Rock it! Come on Mommy, rock it!" It makes me smile every time he tells me to rock it--love it!

Rylee has also expressed a love for music and will bounce along to the beat too. Among her favorite dancing tunes are the theme songs for "Dora" and "Max and Ruby." It is so cute to watch her bop up and down to her favorite tunes.
