Father and Son's With the Bryner's

May is a busy time for us every year because in addition to the "end of year" stuff, Mother's day and Trent's bday, it is mine and Matt's anniversary AND Jess and Ben's anniversary.  Since Baby Case just arrived, Matt and I will be postponing our trip for a few months, but Jess and Ben jetted to sunny CA to see "Coldplay" and live it up in the exciting town of Hollywood.

It happened to be our Father and Son's weekend so Matt took the big boys up for a night of camping fun.

They only planned to go up for the nightly activities and not sleepover, but we have learned to expect the unexpected when all the cousins are together and Seth ended up accidentally throwing a rock that hit one of his friends in the head.  Of course it bled like crazy and they ended up taking the boy to the emergency room--UGH!  He's okay, but Matt cut the night short and headed home.

By the time Saturday rolled around, we were all a little stir crazy and took all 8 of our children under 8 to Mickey D's for a little relief!

It was a fun weekend that went very well considering.  It was very crazy, though, when the Bryner's left and "just" my 5 seemed easy :).
